This year, I’ve chosen the gut microbiome as the central theme for my Christmas and New Year’s greeting card. Why? Because of the immense significance of our gut health to our overall well-being. Almost all our body’s organs are connected to or influenced by the health of our gut.
In the card, observe how various living organisms in the gut unite to form a Christmas tree, with the intestines providing garlands and some decorations.
